Active Development
The branch for the Open64 5.0 release was created on October 31, 2011 and the mainline is currently open for active development for the next release, which will be named Open64 5.1. The planned timeline for this release is as follows:
1. stage 1 - active development until TBD 2012.
2. stage 2 - defect fixes only (no new functionality) until TBD 2012.
3. Create branch for 5.1 release at end of stage 2.
4. Final pass of testing and validation, followed by a target release date of TBD 2012.
