WHIRL Specification updates

This page is used to record the information about the changes made to WHIRL Specification.

• WHIRL Symbol Table Specification, Page 24, 2.5.2 TY entry, in the section about the size.

The change is made to the size of Variable Length Arrays in Struct. The size of the whole Struct is -1.
Reason: This is a GCC extension and seting size to -1 is impatible with GCC.
